Brian Albertson is the
founder and Managing Director of
SLA Management and has
been an executive in the food and beverage
industry for over 25 years. He has extensive food production and
procurement expertise including a vast knowledge of the
cost matrix of food production from growing, processing,
packaging, and distribution. It is this product knowledge which
is a cornerstone of the SLA story. |

John McCarthy
has over 20 years of progressive foodservice management experience. He
has held positions with the nation’s largest foodservice corporations
including Kraft General Foods and Shamrock Foods Company. He has vast
experience in multi-unit foodservice management programs including
school districts, and industry. He is adept in foodservice
program development, implementation and operations. |
