We know Nutrition is more than just a buzzword. Recently, child nutrition has received a great deal of increased press as obesity moves to the forefront of issues currently facing Americans. We have always recognized the importance of nutrition in school lunch. Our recipes do not include products containing trans fats or high fructose corn syrup. We incorporate lean meats, whole grains, low-fat and fat free products into all of our menu options.

Every lunch we serve mirrors National School Lunch requirements. All of our menus are reviewed and approved by Registered Dieticians.

Our students are our priority.
We know students only eat what they like and that student preferences vary from school to school. That is why our café staff will take the time to create a menu for your students choosing from our wide variety of traditional and progressive entrée favorites.

We realize students are more likely to eat fruits and vegetables when they have a choice. Our

program was created for just that reason. Our students build their own meals. They choose their entrée, their sides and their beverage from our fresh selection of daily offerings.

Most people eat with their eyes first! We want our students excited to eat lunch. That's why we let them choose what they want when it matters most... right there on the service line... when they are hungry!
