II. Support Services
For those schools with existing foodservice programs, SLA offers access to national purchasing power of name brand school foods. SLA offers comprehensive consultations to clients, including operational systems. We identify areas of substantial food cost savings or operating efficiencies to help schools realize these savings. It is our strong belief that the foodservice distribution industry is enormously inefficient, resulting in unrealistic food costs to small and medium sized schools. We work with the schools to identify and realize these savings.
